I own the game and I have to say it's pretty difficult not to get killed a time or two. As far as the cheats go, there apparently is some sort of cheat you can use for god mode but it entails going into the ini file and adding a line or two of code so that you can turn it off and on. Just type in Google search for Bioshock cheats. You'll see what I mean. Wink

Hello Mike...

Read the Cheat...>>>>

http://uk.cheats.ign.com/ob2/068/707/707640.html

I was hoping that the Cheat would work like "Quake", etc, where you press a key ( "`" ) to go into a drop-down Console to type in the required cheat: (God, Inf weapons, etc) ...!

May give it a try...I always need to get past Level 1... In any Game!....Wink...!

Cheers...

In Bioshock, you don't need a "no death" cheat code, simply because you really... can't die. Well, your health can run out, and you do fall to the floor, but all death really does is serve as a "transportation aid" in this game. Dying changes nothing but your current location.

I got it and I'm pretty well hooked... kicking ass, dying bravely and being resurrected with a "note to self: do not confront Bubbles unless better prepared..."    Grin
What's the fun if you have all the cheats? That's what finally got me bored with Goldeneye... Roll Eyes

It's a great shooter, and very goal/puzzle-oriented as well; a good buy.

Maybe I'm just not jaded yet, but getting clobbered is still pretty intense in that game.
And although I see your point (yes, I understand "gay" in that context), I think the whole Vita-Chamber thing keeps the action moving well and works with the whole world they've created.
Plus, when you've scoured the whole area for resources already and you're down to just the wrench and have many enemies to face, being resurrected is a bit ... challenging sometimes.  Grin

Bah I hated that game... it just got boring and then I felt like it was a chore to finish  Cry

On the point of invincibility- I cant remember if I died once or never in the game from start to finish...

The Bioshock (Cheat) Trainer, for all those outside of the U.S. who have no particular wish to "Win or Die!"....>>>>>

http://www.cheathappens.com/show_download.asp?ID=23078

Works a treat for me (Here in laid-back, easy-going, old England)..........!

Paul.... Wink...!

I use a similar (Cheat) Trainer for S-T-A-L-K-E-R.... Smiley...!

If a game has 256 levels, and I have paid for 256 levels, then I want to see the 256th. Level...Wink...!
