LOL...So I was hungry and had a few fresh vegetables lying around...So I decided to make something to eat...Here's what happened...

Mixed Vegetables along with Orange Pekoe Tea...Mmm...
...

What a great combination...Flying and food!!
...

In case anyone is interested...I simply took:

5 Baby Asparagus
200-300gm of Baby Spinach Leaves...
Yellow/Red Bell Peppers...Any size will do
Baby Brocolli..
Whole Pea Pods...

To make:
1. Heat up 1 teaspoon of corn oil.
2. Add vegetables when the oil gets relatively hot...
3. Add salt to taste during cooking...
4. Cover the utensil
5. Wait for 5 Minutes...Uncover and stir around...
6. Another 3 minutes, and the vegetables should be nice and soft...Let them cook for another 2-3 minutes...
7. Take out and enjoy...

It's nothing like mom's cooking, but it's healthy and takes only 10 minutes to make..

Enjoy! Tongue

Cheer all,
Ashar Cool

You should only have to stir-fry that little lot for 3-4 mins max...add the spinach in near the end, it will cook in 30 seconds.  Wink

Thanks for the tip mate! I'm new to cooking so just wanted to make sure the veggies were cooked properly...I don't mind a little overcooking...but raw vegetables are just nasty...Well some of them... Cheesy

Ahh,  sounds good.  Though cook it in extra light olive oil,  so much better for ya,  and what a little fresh crushed garlic and black pepper would do... Wink

Yeah, the silly thing is, I forgot I had olive oil...It's in a different cabinet...Only when I opened it for salt did I realise my mistake...Thanks for the tips Smiley
