Hey guys,
Just to keep you updated on our latest news....

We've had a massive restructure over the past couple of weeks and a lot of back end goodies have been created in assisting the team for VFAT2007 preparations.

In short, we now have the following as our core structure:
Recruit - 6 Week training period (may be longer depending on aptitude)
Reserve - Assigned a position to fly in until promoted to Active Team or standby position.
Active Team - VFAT position
Standby - VFAT standby position
Alumni - Retired VRA pilots

Recruits are assigned a mentor from day one to aid on their VRA training program.

Tools
We have created a Log Book so all VRA pilots can log their flight hours, upload tracks and record comments on the flight, be it solo, with our AI training mission or with other VRA team members.

We have also created some training tools to aid in the planning of display shows, these cover planning out the show ground track and formation transitions.

I'll be posting screenies and videos of the new tools soon, so watch this space.

That's it for now and we look forward to flying for you soon.
