After playing cfs3 for a couple of years, I returned to cfs2 for a change of pace. I've also been reading the book Miracle at Midway, and I found a cfs2 add-on to replay the Battle of Midway, from "http://www.netwings.org/library/CFS2_Missions/AF_Midway/".

A problem has come up in cfs2. I have customized some commands for my joystick, and I've customized some keyboard commands. Unfortunately, none of the wingman commands are working. Another odd symptom is that the graphics in the movies don't appear. I tried re-assigning the wingman commands to different keys, and I tried saving the keyboard config file to a name other than the default, since cfs3 requires you to save this file under a different name to change keyboard commands. I also re-installed cfs2, with no luck.

I'm guessing that the problem is with my computer being updated with all of XPs service packs. I have a 3.8 dual core AMD system with an vVidia gForce graphics card.

Any suggestions to the wingman commands to work?

Hi Stevenmal65, I read your post and I think you problem is a simple problem to solve, I hope. Start CFS2 and go to the Commmand Assigment and reset it to default. It that does not work you can always reinstall CFS2 without losing you addon and make sure you install it with the CFS2 command assigment Keys instead of CFS1 Assigment Keys.

If this does not work you can always reinstall CFS2 wothout all of your AC addons.

Here is Web page which will help you reinstall CFS2 without you lossing all of your AC addon install:
http://www.simviation.com/lair/cfs2faq.htm
Remember for you to choose CFS2 command keys and not CFS1 command Keys or you may lose your ability to hear your command sounds throught your Radio command to your wingman.

I hope I have been able to Help you out!
