Has any one made a 747-LCF plane yet that will work in in FSX?

First, welcome to SimViation! I hope you have a good stay here mate. Wink You, may want to remove those images, read the rules, no linking please. Smiley And to answer your question, yes, Project Open Sky are making one. It should be here soon, their 747-400 range is nearly finished.  Wink

Thank you for the welcome, and I fixed the post for ya.

So does Project Open Sky have a site that we can check on? or should I just wait for some one to say "Look what's new!"

That is the YAL-1 Airborne Laser the USAF is making based of the 747-400F.
I was going to request it, but not many people know what it is.
So that would make it #3 of the 3 diffrent types of 747's the USAF will have, behind: Air Force One, and the E-4B.

PMDG have made a YAL-1 as an addition to their freighter 747 model.

Its expensive but has some of the most realistic systems available within the limitations of FS and feels like your flying a real 747.  Wink

If you have the money and time to invest in learning how to fly it I strongly suggest you do buy it.  Wink
