im 14 too... but people say i talk like im a 20yr old. i feel special

and lots of people Slew... its a good way to get the right angle easily. if its in the game... then it is legal to use it... whatever it is. the rules say what you cant do. you cannot use payware items, because its unfair... but everyone can use freeware items, and everyone can use the Slew mode... so it is allowed

According to the rules of internet etiquette its a big no no to point out other peoples spelling mistakes. Yes, they do exist and they are real-its just that people like to ignore their existence so finding the mistakes makes them look good and oddly superior, they think! I studied them as part of a University Course, thats how I know of them. The net is supposed to be a fun place, don`t let a few spoil it for you. Just contribute in any way you can.

Nobody expects perfect spelling, and flawless grammar. Nobody types, typo-free. However (and it's in the SimV rules), it is expected that you at least make an effort, and do not use text slang. To me, it's as annoying to read that gibberish, as it is annoying to those who end up getting corrected or scolded. We could all avoid the annoyance with a little effort.
There's nothing wrong with reasonable standards, and striving to be a cut above the Internet fray

Backing up Brett here, I'm useless with a keyboard, so I ALWAYS use the preview to proof read my posts. Spelling shouldn't be a problem here either, any words I struggle with I just simply look them up with the handy Dictionary.com link provided provided by SimV.

It really just comes down to whether or not you can be bothered to take an extra two minutes over your post, & if you haven't got two minutes spare, then you probably shouldn't be fannying around posting - GET BACK TO WORK! Grin
