It's Monza this weekend, home of the 160mph average lap  Shocked and the Ferrari mad Tifosi  Cool
BMW should be strong here, as well as the usual top two teams and Spyker have a totally revised chassis and aero package so expect some improvement, probably from 22nd to 20th  Tongue  Grin

hello F1 fans.  Despite being a McLaren man, the last race in Turkey showed us the Ferrari has superior power and aerodynamics, so I'll bet on a Raikonnen,Massa, Alonso result.   McLaren will still win the title though; they are much better suited to the low-medium speed corners in the races to come. They have better brakes also, and achieve more grip in the very slow corners (hence their increased tyre wear compared to the Ferraris , and note the huge understeer problems Ferrari has yet to solve).

Put them at a predominately 'high-speed-corner' circuit like Monza*  and they should be beyond McLarens reach.    What was that ?  There are other teams in F1 , I haven't noticed.... Huh

strange how Ferrari always produce something special for Monza every year....

what a season.    oh, and GO Weber !   (me aussie)  Cool

hang on, I came here for planes , how did I get here.....gee I'm glad your not all NASCAR and Rally freeks.  <ducks for cover>

*yes theere are heavy breaking zones but good brakes never wins monza, unlike other circuits.  look for a 1-2 for the home team this weekend.        ok someone stop me already......

Go Weber !   Tongue
