In FS9 I was able to edit the user interface dll files, which were stored in the modules subfolder.
But in FSX, Microsoft has moved these files to the fs main folder, and changed the ui dll's to *.spb files in the dialog folder.
Does anyone now how to open/edit these .spb?

PS: I tried editor and notepad++, also ressource hacker and visual c# E E.

spb2xml at SHOF is a command line utility that will decompile to .xml.

From what I gather, you'll need  FSX Deluxe_SDK to recompile.
