Awwww... they sure are cute...and just wouldn't be a photo series of guinea pigs without some "fewmets"...LOL. they're as bad as mice with that. Do they poop in your hand when they're excited like mice do?
Reminds me of the joke that ends with "sorry guys; no raisins today, my guinea pig (or rabbit) died..."

If they're Guineas, they eat poop. It's how they get more nutrients in their systems... I guarantee they do. Wink

The reason they do so is the fact that one passage through their digestive transit isn't enough to get all of the nutrients out of the food. By having the food go through the digestive process twice, more nutrients can be 'extracted'...

We have two lionhead rabbits - one's mine, one's my brother's... both female, and we got them quite young from a pet store and we're fairly sure they're sisters...
