The Bald Eagle. Bald as in piebald as opposed to a lack of hair on the head, as you can see from these shots there is definitely no baldness on this particular bird, and you'd be a pretty brave individual to accuse it of baldness face to face
You lookin' at me?
You thought the Eagle Owl was big? Just don't look like a chicken
Those gloves look
really
thick
Beautiful creature

Wonderful shots there........
I'll have to go to Campbell River one of these days when its nice.......they abound there, maybe due to the area being known as the Salmon Capital of the world.....not that they know it, but there is plenty for them to eat there.......I have a few pics already of Eagles, but none which I would present here just yet........

No offence intended, I was specifically referring to this fact about the Bald Eagle
"The Bald Eagle (Haliaeetus leucocephalus) is a bird of prey found in North America, most recognizable as the national bird and symbol of the United States of America."
I'm sure the Canadian Bald Eagles are just as annoyed at being mistaken for American as you guys are
