How do you hook-up to a jetway and get the fuel truck to actually come and get all the ground crew to come over to your plane once your parked with engines off.

i pressed Shift+E+2 on a defualt 737 with a delta livery but nothing came would the livery make a differnce?

If you added the delta livery to the default b737-800's airplane folder, then no it will make no difference.  However, if you added this plane from fs9 file, and it is installed into your airplane folder as a seperate aircraft, then it will most likely make a difference. You have to insert the correct [EXIT] cordinates into the aircraft.cgf if you want the jetways to attach and the baggage cars.
Will the jetway attach to your aircraft after pressing ctr+J ? If so, then most likely you will get the baggage cars when ever you press the shift+E, and release keys, then press 2.
