I personally prefer the "raw" look of a photo, much like Mic's in these few threads.. sort of show them as they are, if you like. If it's cloudy and bad light, so be it.
lol...all this arguing....I edit all my shots that go on A.net....brightness, contrast, balance, cropping and of course....sharpening...
What amuses me about the above comment is all these shots have been edited...crudely I admit, as I wanted to churn them all out quickly at 800px wide and the right filesize, but they have all been sharpened and had their balances changed....you dont want to see the originals
