The Nanchang CJ.5 is actually a Chinese licence build Yak-18... I rather like the way it looks...

I still can't believe I messed up the wheels-up fly-by of the Catalina... but these shots turned out better... isn't she a gorgeous plane?

I do like the tailwheeled Yak-18/CJ-5s. Much nicer than the nosewheel varients. Smiley
