It is it happened to me I figured out what it was later on after my good friend at compaq fixed it all for free gave me free os and everything Smiley. It was a virtus contianed in the winzip file I downloaded so yeah my fault for trusting the AVSIM library and winzip autoinstaller. Thats why my PC is now only a windows 2000. Its still a good OS I really need a PC update.

That's not the fault of WinZip. Some viruses work by attaching themselves to EXE files so it could happen with any auto-installer.

May I suggest that you get yourself some decent anti-virus software before going any further.

Greetings fellow sim aviators. 1st I'd like to say thanks for all the great tips and advice i've picked up on this site. So here's my problem, I like to pilot the 777 that's in FS9. So I created a folder in the simobjects folder and named it FS9.( I also added the notation in the CFG.) I imported all the vintage aircraft from FS9 with no problem. ( love that Jenny). I imported the 777 and I got everything (sound, textures, ect.) except one thing, I can't seem to find the file that shows the gauges ( in other words my panel is blank). And also no sliders show up on the thorttel window. I Know some aircrafts share some files, so I imported other aircraft one at a time to see if I can pick-up on that file ( not just jets even props). No luck, so if anyone has a solution I would greatly appreceate it, thanks Cry
