It's a download from microsoft, part of the HD-abilities of mediaplayer...

You can find it here, if you don't trust the exe.

This is from Fighter Pilot - Operation Red Flag IMAX Video. This is a truly amazing video i would recommend going out and buying the 2 disc set. I watched it in IMAX and i was blown away!
