Hi everyone!

I just got back after a weekend in Diest Belgium, where they held the annual fly-inn, that I visited on saturday...

So be prepared, here we go!

I was a bit annoyed with the fact that the organisator used a vast area to park the planes, all cluttered trough each other, so taking pictures wasn't that easy. And I had to struggle to find the one reasonable good spot to witness the arrivals... So excuse me if the quality of the shots isn't that great...

Let's start of with an exotic... looks like a Harvard, but it's a Polish PLZ-Mielec-TS-8 BIES

A serious growl that made all the engines sound pale... the arrival of the T-28 Trojan! Looks a bit chubby but sounds so sweet!

No, it has an undercarriage, but it went on the field behind a slight hill. They put it far away from the public! Cry

And another fabulous trainer! The T-6 Texan! Magnificent!

I think a photo shop challenge would be to make a compostie photo of it using:

a) the front 4 feet of a Harvard,

b) the fuselage of a Mig 15,

c) the canopy of a Fiat G-59 (2 seater),

d) the wings of a Stuka,

e) the undercarriage of a post war Nord single engined piston a/c,

f) and the tail of something else (fin of a Harvard, rudder/tailplane of a 'stang)...
