At this time in the AM in the USA it is fine.

SOmetimes that happens due to net traffic.  It can be at any point between the ussr and the server.  Your data/signal usually goes by some amazing obtuse route  Wink.  High traffic on any node or having a node down can really affect speed.  Could be high traffic into the SimV server.... but it is pretty "robust"..... so not LIKELY that.

best,

.................john

Very slow at the moment - page load time anywhere from 15 secs to a minute - or it times out... Huh

It's been like this all day long. It'll be fast again anytime soon (I hope). It has happened before.

It's normal I'll say. This morning it took a while before a page was loaded.

... Nothing ....   Grin

These things happen on the net ........ bound to happen again before long ....

All I can do is check machine activity, mutliple tracert, reboot &  ask the support staff to monitor for a DoS attck ...  & check  their routers .. All done, nothing found. Problem righted itself without intervention again.

Seriously, chill, guys!  This is a great site, and considersably more asthetically pleasing than many others.  Be happy that it works for you, don't complain because it doesn't meet your every requirement!

Always the best remedy to computer problems!

Thanks for keeping this site running, it does slow sometimes, but i'm not one to comment, being one who sits behind a router on 2mbps broadband.

Thanks Pete, the internet does stuff like this to the most hardworking of people Wink
