Hey i have been in search of a nice {not great - not bad} MD-11 that has a realistic 2-d panel {haven't been able to find one Angry

} and even better would be A virtual cockpit......Any ideas? Huh

Well, I don't think you're going to find a freeware MD-11 with a VC very soon, but I can point you to some nice models and panels, and even a sound file, to boot.

how on earth did you find it anyways?! i thought it had gone payware Cheesy

(i have it in fs9 and couldn´t find it to download into my brother´s PC to try to use in FSX)

That MD-11 has always been freeware and still is. Liveries are available at Avsim.com. I found 28 of them.

Not to sound like an idiot, but will any repaint i find work for THAT MD-11 crash?? or does it have to be made for it Huh

Negative. Repaints fit specific models only.

Did you read the entire thread? See the link in the 3rd post by me. And it's for FS9.

Look at Avsim and search for MD-11 Simmer's Sky. They'll show up.

Right where the man said it was (and provided the link)
N.B. The SMS MD-11 is an .exe auto-installer which unzips to Flight Simulator/FS2004 folder so do not look for it in Flight Simulator/FS9 folder.
