Just to tell you i wont join the start of the show at LSMU, as i need to land the A380 at zurich and takeoff from there as the runway is long enough, JUST!!!

Also i will be doing two flypasts, one from the east, then about 3 minutes later another about 3,000ft(5,500ft) higher from the west on my return to zurich.

I'd say the runway at LMSU is adequate for an A380. Perhaps you need to reduce the payload/fuel level to shorten the takeoff run.

Yeah, use full flaps and cut the fuel/payload down to just a little more than what you need.  Cool

You have got your letters the wrong way round!!! And by the way i have tried it and i would prefer not to takeoff at LSMU due to the mountains surrounding it, also my zurich takeoff allows me to position myself easier for the flypast. But thanks for the advice.

Yeah fair enough, the mountains do make it tough... i'm flying my 747 in from Alpnach even though I can easily take off at LSMU... it just makes the approach easier. Well, cya tomorow!  Cool
