Hey guys, I'm really not sure where to post this , but I though I'd ask the expert screechot guys. I am running FSX and Fs2004 on Windows Vista. When I take screenshots I like to take them on the full screen mode becuase that's when they look best, however, I can't keep a screenshot program open while in full screen mode. Also, in Vista, you don't use Alt+F12 to take a screenshot. Vista comes with a program called the "Snipping Tool."

This wouldn't be a problem for me usually, becuase I just crop the image, however, I was reading the July Screenshot Guidelines and it said I can't crop the image. How do I manage to take a screenshot while in full screen mode?! Any help would be great.

Get a program.  I use Mgrab

http://www.mnwright.btinternet.co.uk/programs/mgrab.htm

You press the Print Screen button on the keyboard (usually at the same level as the F keys to the right of F12) to save a screenshot to the clipboard and Mgrab takes it from the clipboard and saves it as a grab.  It's very simple, takes virtually no resources to run, and best of all, it works!
