Best Rated Downloads Section (Read 511 times)

Should we have a Best Downloads Section on the main site? I most of the time find it very hard to find good downloads by searching through hundreds of files and pages. The section would have the top downloads all in one spot. Or we could have a vote here on the forums on which downloads should be on that page. This is just a thought.
