Whats the error message you get?
Also: Do you have the PMDG 747-400 installed? I know that this can sometimes cause problems if you install the 737 OVER the 747 (so 747 installed first).
Does the sim actually load, as in reach 100% before crashing, or get to a certain percentage before it does?
I'm stumped as to what can be causing this, I have the PMDG 737 and have never had this problem.
I suppose the only other painfully obvious questions are if this only happens at one airport, and if you can load up any other aircraft but I'm sure you would have tried that already
