I purchased the PMDG 747 but it wont let me validate even though I am using the  same email, password, and correct ID.  I have tried several times and emailed them but I havent received any response from them.  Anoyone else have any problems like this?  Todd

I've not had any problems but be warned these registry things tend to be VERY case sensitive!

I am using the Transaction ID number that came with the download.  Is that correct?  How is the support from PMDG, I have sent three emails over the past couple of days and havent heard a thing?  Todd

Ozzy,
I have it figured out.  They listed 2 codes  for the ID.  I tried the other code and it went through.  Thanks for the help.  The only problem I am having at this point it getting a truly dark cockpit.  There are numerous switches in the on position even when I select the cold and dark scenario.  Todd

Thanks for the humor Grin.  I really do need help setting it up so that no switches are already activated.  I assume it may have to do with the default flight.  I saved the Cessna with nothing on, but when I load the 747 it starts for about 3 seconds then shuts down and leaves all the switches in the on position.  Todd

Are you loading a Panel state?

The default 'Cold and Dark' panel state is called something to the effect of 'Cold and Dark KPAE'
