According to the AIreadme.txt file:

First you have to download and install all of the recommended aircraft.

Second, you have to use the Traffic Tools utility (http://www.simviation.com/fs2004utilities1.htm) to generate the 'traffic*.bgl' file that will control the ai traffic.

********

If your unfamiliar with Traffic Tools and creating 'traffic' files, the instructions are no doubt confusing..  Huh  If you install Traffic Tools and carefully read the excellent help file (Readme.htm) it'll all start to make sense..  Cheesy

For a quick start to your Brize Norton traffic, visit UK Military AI. The Brize Norton package contains 2 VC-10 ai aircraft and an already compiled FS2004 'traffic' file that will give you traffic in no time. They are also a good source for non-combat military ai aircraft and links to other UK military ai sources.
