I wanted to know if there were any out there. Preferably freeware, with VC, and compatible with FSX.

i think this is comp. with fsx, if not im real sorry, there's a few other coast guard helis on that page that do work in fsx, it does have a vc. http://www.simviation.com/fs2004helicopters10.htm
