I'd agree with John on the contrails... they look a little to undulating, they need to be a bit straighter, and like John said, a little more transparent.
However, this is minor... this edit is stunning, regardless!

I use PS Elements 5.0 also.

Its great... but why not focus it over an airfield or something? Just clouds can be a boring background

That's the trouble with flying, isn't it; so much sky and clouds. What ever is one to do? Maybe next time you can put a flying Walmart in the background, DF, and liven things up a bit.
