how does this program compare to ultimate traffic?  Mostly in ease of use.  I don't really want to putz around too much with flight plans and the sort....would love to just plug and play.

Don't get it. It overwrites some original airport AFCADs, and some runways are no longer there.

I installed My Traffic X only after I got SP1. Since it was installed I had no ATC, the words still appeared but there was no verbal communication. I then uninstalled it and and ever since I first installed to this point I still have no ATC Huh despite the fact I completely uninstalled My Traffic X.

But then again it could be my fault or the  computer's fault.

Ok, I bought trafficX and expecting a good quality AI because we paying for it. this images will made you shock and please consider to buy it or not. Remember, Screenshots you seen in website advertising this product is not that detail. Pus! all views are from far. not close up. Here's are some of the AI from trafficX (close up)

but this is my aircraft. its a payware. why i put it here is to compare from professional vs dodgy trafficX. and you can't fly the AI of course. one more thing there's update download for trafficX i found in the net. but unfortunately, you have to pay it. isnt that selfish? its just an update!
...

thinking of buying traffic X?

Project AI has models with twice the quality, and they're freeware, too. Why pay for crap when there's so much better available for free?

(If this is FSX, just hold on a little bit, PAI is working on FSX traffic, and there are already other packages far better then this one.)

If you'd read the text above you'd know that this a380 isn't from trafficX.

Count backwards kiddies

FSX = 10
FS2004 = 9
FS2002 = 8
FS2000 = 7
FS98 = 6

Yes, FS98 is FS6  Grin Wink

My experience with "MY TRAFFIC X":

Pros: Most of the airports get filled with aircrafts. The moving jetways attach to all of the planes in the proper place. There might be a future update or fix one day.

Cons: Of course the plane models and paint jobs are poorly done. The passenger windows do not light up in night mode.

Other thoughts: I have uninstalled it. The freeware planes that are available are way more realalistic than MY TRAFFIC X.  As of now, i think that My Traffic X is and was a waste of money.
