I believe that John Williams composed the music for Jurassic Park. Pretty much does all the music composition for Steven Speilberg's movies.

When I looked at this pic, the opening theme from "Jaws" popped into my head

Indeed he did. I love Williams' work, all my favourite movie "themes" were composed by him.

Great edit, by the way. Jurassic Park is one of my most beloved films, and you did a great job capturing the "epic" feel of that scene.
