Hey man! Stop appologizing for your own work! You posted it, so clearly you thought the pic was ok. I don't see any bad jaggies. And if you want to add a little grain to your pictures, who is to say that you can't? It's called artistic freedom! Anybody who says you shouldn't add grain should make his/her own pic without the grain. It's up to you what you want to do with a shot. Constructive critisism is another thing though, but it's up to you to make use of it or not. The most important thing is that you like your own work. You can improve your work by listening to good advice, but you should never change your work, just to please others.
Now for the pic itself, I like it. I think you could crop off a bit of the bottom to get a more balanced pic. Also, try not to cut off parts of the subject (airplane) if it has no function in the pic. Maybe it has a function in this pic, but if it has, it's not clear to me what that function would be.
I really like the lighting and the contrast and the grain isn't too bad either.

I have to agree. If you post something or make a piece of art work you should be proud and confident of it. I people don't like it then fine. The things that you make are the things that you like. Not everyone will like it or care for the little mistakes.
I like it. A bit more color on the logo would be great.
