This was my May entry, and I'd like to have some of your suggestions about making it better... After that, the next two shots were my 'runner-ups', and I'd like your suggestions too.

Nice set of shots.  My favorite would probably be #3 because of the angle and scenery.
I would stay away from putting the sun behind the plane, it makes for poor lighting and a flat plane (that Bristol fighter already has a flat model and paint).  In the first two the plane is in the middle of the picture.  Having it shifted off center can usually make it more interesting, but i like the angle in #3 a lot.  It's a risk to cut that much out of the plane, but i think you made it work.
The clouds in these are a little boring, maybe try customizing the weather so they take up a larger altitude range.
A last piece of advice would be to turn off the lense flare, 90% of the time it doesn't look good.

Ok, I thought it wasn't too much, but it's ruinded a lot of shots...

Thanks for the advice.  However, I do have a substantial limit on clouds and the like, as I'm merely running an integrated card.  Looking at them now, I think perhaps I should have submitted no.3

Thanks Cheesy

I can understand that, i have an integrated card too.  It can be a struggle at times, especially with AA.

As said above, that angle in #3 is top notch stuff...  Wink

I do not like the lens flare in #1 and the horizon is a little flat. Try reducing visibility a little bit just to hide the horizon.
