Water rockets...err....rock!
I built quite a few last year out of small, 16 ounce bottles, but I figured this year I'd go all out with the 2 and 3 litter bottles. I just have to re-design/build my launcher this year. Great launches!
EDIT: Okay, I have to ask. How in the world did you do a compound rocket with the chute on Sidewinder 1? That's fantastic!

i´think i will post a video or photo then you will see it.....
but how it works i can explain you now:
if the rocket is on it´s highest point, the rocket beginn to fall down, wright?
ok, while falling down, the nose of the rocket fall from the top of the rocket. inside the nose i positioned the chute. if the nose falls from the top of the rocket it pulls out the chute. the chute is fastened on the rocket with a string, logically. than if the nose is far away enough from the rocket the chute comes out of the nose becaus the string is spained. than the chute opens. any questions ? i think my video will show it better to you as my explanation. i will post the link here in this topic.
