Looks like he came up a few feet short and touched down on the displaced threshold. Judging from all the tire marks there it appears he's not the only one. Can't blame him though.

Interesting to see the aircraft follow down the glideslope yet watch the ground follow the same line down the mountain until the ground levels out.
