I've seen the a shuttle launch from the VIP area because my dad works with NASA.  It was an AWESOME sight Shocked Shocked.

In 1995 i was on holiday and there was a launch due, so me and my family got tickets.

On the day of the launch we set out from Florida (international drive area) very early to get there.....

I was really exicted until we got to the gates..........

There was a steward on the gate who informed us that it had been scraped!!!

Eventually it launched a week after we had come home.....bummer!
