It's actually a better movie than I expected. There's several elements in the movie that are historical facts. The unit of Americans flying for the French is true, black flyer is true, the lion as the mascot is true, the flyer's love interest with the French lady is also true. In reality, he went looking for her as he said he would in the movie, but never saw her again. It's worth seeing. I bought it with no regrets!
