Hi Guys

I have a fairly good system for FS2004, but the whole quality of the game is still not great, compared to some screenshots I've seen its way off. What am I doing wrong?

I have an
AMD 64 X2 Dual
4800+ processor
4GB Ram
GeForce 8800 GTS

Can anyone give me some tips to improve things. I'm lost when it comes to AA etc etc.

Many Thanks

First, YOU HAVE AN AWESOME SYSTEM! There should be NO reason you can't have a spectacular fs9 experience. Start your sim,  find and click on the "settings" option.(  button on the lower left of the window) Now find the button marked "display" and click it. This is where you turn on the eye candy! (note the tabs across the top of that window) Now I can't tell you how so set the options you see here, but with a machine like your's, you SHOULD be able to max them all out!  Hope this helped and good luck!

After you do that look into Ultimate terrain and some high quality terrain mesh to make the terrain look even better.

With that computer, you should be able to run two minitors.. one with FS9 running at full tilt, and the other editing video, withouth FS9 missing a beat.. and you could probably be downloading music and carrying on a Vonage conference call too  Smiley

Crank it up.. everything at max.. FS9 will humm like a dream on that machine..
