im getting tired of my boring system so i thought i might see what overclocking could be done to improve me some FPS and perhaps even graphs (im not overclocking expert so i dont know what can and cant be done)

here are my specs:

ATi Radeon (X1650) 512mb graphics card
IntelCore2 6320 (1.87Ghz)  Cry
1024mb DDR2 RAM (i will double that soon)
Packard Bell Cuba motherboard (MS-7301)
OS: Vista home premium

so what can be done please? and also, in my device manage it shows 2 of the processor. is that because its dual core?

You are now on the journey to fry your existing computer and all that it contains....trust me...Wink...!

A better bet would be to upgrade your exiting system, then leave it as standard... Cool...!

...It's what I do, every time... Smiley...!

Over clocking is asking for expensive, future trouble... Cry...!

..been there...done it...seen the charred and blackened effects... Shocked....!

Paul... Wink...!

oh alrighty then. need to saves me up about £20 to get a new block o' RAM and there on i will just build up. i wanted a 2.4Ghz processor but my dad assured me my 1.8Ghz with 4mb cache was better than the other one with 2mb cache.

ahwell, FS2004 still runs fine at full spec
