Welcome to Stu’s View, in this article I will be showcasing two add-ons for your viewing pleasure and analysis.

The two downloads featured are RAF Woodbridge(egvg) and a Westland Lysander Desert, both in FS2004.

In the shots you can see that i have combined both add-ons, so there is different aspects to look at in each picture Wink

Firstly the Westland......What can i say?
Vintage props are not normally my cup of tea, however upon coming across this i gave it a try, and was i surprised.  The model is superb and crisp and has great colours, which really reflect in the sunlight.

...

The Westland is also quite nippy and very maneuverable and i had some fun throwing it aorund Cheesy
This version is also compatible with FS2002 and CFS2, or so it says in the readme file.

Now on to the Woodbridge scenery, which includes more shots of the Westland........

Upon looking for some suitable RAF scenery to display the Westland i found a great add-on site HERE, which has lots of UK scenery Wink
I expected a litlle more from Woddbridge, but there is lots of buildings and this could be used if you like military bases.

The hangers.......

...

There is lots of hangers around the base, which with the help of some military AI, could come in handy Cheesy

Grass and runway texture......

...

The grass around the edge of the runway is brilliant and very smooth and realistic.  The runway texture is also different from default and for me gives the feel of an old used runway Wink

Other buildings......

...  ...

Not to sure what the other buildings actually are, but they are modelled very well and add some extra feel to the base.

Other shots.....

...  ...

Overall i had lots of fun with both of these add-ons, even though the Woodbridge base is somewhat lacking scenery.  The Westland is great and has completely changed my view on Vintage aircraft, and best of all it's available right here on the V.
