I need some city night lights that actually feels real. The default one seems too dark. Example is when i fly over New York City it seems too dark. It should be freeware and the lights should be visible from a distance.

If anyone did have a add-on for it you probally would need a much bigger set of RAM to support it I think.
Nice to have something like that tho, but I isn't sure yet.

There is a decent payware product that i know of, seen it in action a couple of times and looks ok..........

There are some freeware night textures out there but your best bet is ultimate terrain. Its not really that much and it really updates the night textures by placing small lights along streets. Looks really good in urban areas. Check out these screens:
