My ride in the MAW multi-player testing on Saturday evening after the engine fire went out.  You will notice I am long gone from the cockpit.  Wink
Ran the P-40 in the afternoon test, better guns, just ask the guys flying the Caproni 311's.

Was a real good time & more importantly a very, very clean operation with no crashes, except for some planes hitting rock clouds or the real hard deck, with very solid connections.

Latency seemed to be good over RR, mine ran from .53ms to .58ms whenever I was in the game comming out of NC. Forgot to ask where the host computer was but IIRC it was in the central time zone.

BTW the Me-110's are a real handful to try to deal with when they are defending a ground unit like a fuel truck convoy.

They can take a lickin' & keep on ticken' but the good news is the tail gunner does not have a Barrett .50

Almost there now  Smiley

Thanks,  was great to fly with all you guys in the yesterday...been too long since I did any mulit-player.  Overall I was very happy with the quality of the stock sim on-line - much better then I remembered or expected.

Was also good to have a chance to fly MAW & stock CFS3 back to back,  the Version 4 planes are a real step foward & the terrain, objects & effects the MAW ground team have done are outstanding.

Testing planes at the pace we are going to meet the deadline for release you sometimes don't get to see the whole picture. Its truely a brand new sim with MAW installed.  I am honored & happy to be associted with all of you involved in the project & O-1's Sunday 1% flight group.

I'am also looking forward to the release of MAW since there is no indepth addon that represent the Desert air war properly at this time. My difference in long ago arguments with a few members about the future of CFS3 where never about MAW. This will not stop me from flying in other Sims where CFS3 does not cover but I will fly in MAW.

I want to thank the team that put this project together!

We are all members of a small community and we must stick together or we will all perish separately. If do not we stick together future sim developers will lose interest in our hobby and we will all lose our hobby in aviation history.

I hope we do not treat this new project to trounce other Sims. CFS1,CFS2,CFS3,IL46 are not rivals but compliment to each other in enhanceing our Sim expirience through each one of them with their different capability.  Wink
