Same as ever lads, not many took part 2 weeks ago...

Somebody has to knock Craig from the top...  Wink

Here goes:

1 Alonso
2 Massa
3 Coulthard

At the risk of sounding like a scratched record, Hamilton has to have a bad race!

Raikonnen
Massa
Alonso

I fully expect this to be a week I do poorly since Monaco is a turkey shoot.
I must admit the long wheel base on the ferrari could be a problem but we shall see.

sudden change during qualy nemo? Grin
How ironic was Raikonnens parking place? Wink Grin And talk about costly error, why he didn't jump in the spare car and just take a 10 place drop is beyond me, would have likely gone 14th at worst? I think they still have a spare car? god only knows with all the rule changes.

I was working today and forgot to set the video..  Tongue
Mechanical failures aside, I can't see past a McLaren 1-2, who knows, maybe Lewis' first win?
Fingers crossed for the lad.
I'm working tomorrow too, but will definitely set the video..

Dont bank on the results of Monaco being official yet. Mclaren are under investigation for breaking the team orders rule after Ron Dennis admitted he told both drivers to slow down and not race to ITV.
While it's unlikely they could be stripped of their 1-2 finish.

I'm with Ron on this one. It's a team sport and to let Lewis go for it could have ended in a big accident. He was brushing the armco just trying to keep up with Fernando and given the green flag to attack would have stacked it IMO.
McLaren were so far ahead anyway only 2 were going to win from the early stages of the race, Alonso or Hamilton, but there was always guaranteed to be one winner, and that's McLaren.
Ron did the sensible thing, Lewis will have his day sometime soon... Any bets Silverstone?  Wink

Wont be silverstone. Alonso is usually quick round there and its also going to be a Ferrari favourable track, but I see Alonso winning there. I think if Lewis has a shot anywhere now, it's got to be either Canada or the USGP. Canada is his best shot, Ferrari are for whatever reason unbeatable round Indy (with the exception of 2 races), but hey who know's, he's gone beyond everyones expectation's so far.
As for the Mclaren incident, I think the issue is pit stops and bringing Lewis in so early, when it was obvious with the proper amount of laps,Lewis would have passed Fernando. I think this was simply a case of, higher paid driver being given a get out of jail free card against a faster rookie.
Side note is anyone here coming to the F1 testing at silverstone? I'll be going wed 20th of june, but it runs 19th-21st if anyone's interested in going. great fun last year, sadly its a tenner this year, but most if not all teams should be there.
