Got me a new rig and I'm setting up provision to enable screenshots. I had a system working with my other PC but I had problems applying to my new PC. My greatest challenge is to enable me to take a shot of the downloaded aircraft and add it to its related texture file. I use Gadwin but I need it to go to a jpg file. Can anyone help me with this. Also is the Printdesk and other freeware printscreen any good?

Er, I think you are talking about FSX here, no experience of that.

Autothumbnail V2 here: http://www.simviation.com/fsxutilities1.htm might be of help....

I use MGrab to take screenshots  directly to a folder via the printscreen key. Very happy with MGrab. It's free, just google it  Smiley

That will save the shots in BMP format. Bubblehead needs them in JPEG. Try Krigl's suggestions.

Indeed he can but Autothumbnail V2 should do exactly what Bubblehead wants without all the bother.

Autothumbnail v2 Automatically generates a thumbnail file for the currently flying aircraft. The image (shown in the "select aircraft" menu) is based on a screen capture.
