Good Evening—

   Hopefully a number of you are familiar with who I am and also with the virtual airline I represent; Piedmont Virtual Airlines. We’ve been around for over a year, and I think we have some winning concepts that with proper implementation could grow into something amazing.

   There’s only one problem: a marked lack of staff members.

   At one time we had a very good team at PVA. Aaron Freedman and I started PVA from scratch, and we were fortunate to find some top notch people in the Flight Simulator community. Unfortunately, real life is catching up with us. Mr. Freedman, our Chairman and CEO is taking a job working for the FAA in Denver and will be stepping down from day to day operations. He will still remain with us as Chairman, however. I will be leaving my old post as COO to take over as CEO. Our Vice President of Operations, Mr. Brian Ice, has taken an indefinite leave of absence as he is in the middle of a career change and is also away from home. As if there wasn’t enough, I am finishing my senior year of High School and am preparing to go to college next year.

   We are now left with three staff members: Mr. Don Burgess, who is helping me out with personnel, Mr. Alex Schenck, our Vice President of Electronic Resources, and myself. We are managing to keep things going, but without new blood, we are going to be unable to make progress.

   Here’s where you come in.

   We at Piedmont Virtual Airlines are looking for qualified individuals to fill our staff positions. Here is what we are looking for:

-Training Staff (Preferably with experience)
-Fleet Director
-Scheduling Director
-Human Resources and Public Relations
