We hear alot about the horizontal resolution of scenery, mesh, et cetera. I have several meshes that are 38-mt and one or two that are 9-mt. What is the vertical resolution of these meshes? Is it some standard or does it vary according to the horizontal value used?

well if my understanding is correct think of it this way.

Your looking at a grid, the 38m grid has the lines spaced 38meters apart both up and down and left to right

now at each intersection there is a vertical measure that gives you your Resolution

If i remember correctly some places in the default FS9 have up to a half mile mesh, i have a few 38m meshes that cover all of Michigan and another piece that covers the netherland antilles and another that covers washington

So the mesh resolution is both horizontal and vertical...
