I had a new idea. Anyone seen Top Gear? James may raced Jermeny clarkson in his C182. I was thinking a few of us could recreated this flight but clearly more sucsessfully and landing at manston airport as apposed to as far as May got!!!

I'm not sure of any final details on time and date but i will get a flightplan together ASAP. please register an interest below so i can guage interest. Thanks

It wasnt intended to be a race against the bugatti, just a pilot race doing the route May took.

That bleedin' flight plan is in Metric!!... Cry...!

I'm still trying to calculate 1,062 Km into good, old-fashioned Miles...!

..and the fuel in LITRES not Gallons...!!

It seems an awfully long way, to fly continuously for nearly five hours, non-stop in a small Cessna Skyhawk 172....without getting disconnected.... Shocked...!

NAH...I don't fink so...I haven't got that much patience, and most of the youngsters will find it "Boring"....
...they get "Bored" very easily*...Trust me...Wink...!

LOL... Grin...!

* any multiplayer session lasting much more than an hour, and they drift off to watch the dreaded Television, or blast the Aliens on their Play Station 2's...Wink...!
