Posted this edit in the StudioV Forum for the recent Edit This! Competiton. Wanna put it here in order to get as much feedback as possible... please tell me what could have been improved on... This is my first real try at an actual "edit" of an image...

I like the pic, very comicsy, the title is good and the slogan cryptic but gung-ho thriller sounding... but the blobby overlay - I don't know how to describe it - detracts from the final effect - it eats a lot of detail... perhaps it's too sharp or needs to be more opaque?

Appreciate the critique krigl... was beginning to think my edit sucked majorly... LOL...
I tried to get the printing-press-like finish from a tutorial I read on the net... I guess I do kinda see what you're saying.... Thanks again though... I'll put your comments to use... sooner or later...
