I like MD House Too Cheesy ,But seems to be the hospital were he works, is made for the most rare deceases Undecided a little bit unrealistic But is a very good tv entreteinment,

Actually in the series, House is the head of the Diagnostic Medicine Department. Basically they get the cases that no other department and or Hospital can solve. It is mentioned on multiple occasions that his patients got sent here after many doctors could not find the problem.
