Fed up!! (Read 496 times)

I am fed up now, I try to join in with a1's tours and stuff like that but I always get kicked of FS!  Angry

It works fine while flying with people before the tours but when everyone join and the tours is about to start I get kicked off!

It works fine before router people join. All the ports are open at my end. I can't join in tonights as I keep getting kicked off.

Kicked off (my FS locks up and crashes as off routers, says a email from Microsoft)

My router should not be a problem, but I'll have another look at it.

I will honour my commitment and take a look, but noone else was having problems or reported problems seeing me and i could see them and i wasnt kicked from the server so i dont think my router was the problem.

If anyone did have problems last night or couldnt see me on multiplayer i apologise in advance i will work on any issues if they arise.

I was flying a C172, server name Fsnovice. I think i may have been the culprit who had forgotten to open all the correct ports, but i heard somewhere that you simply get kicked if you dont open ports correctly, or is this not correct. I apologise Concordepilot for this mistake.

Yes, you heard correctly to my knowledge. When I used to have problems I never had anything more serious than the server booting me out. Never heard of closed ports causing a total FS crash.

I always check to see if any of my ports aint open so I always thought it is the routers.

Right, i think i've fixed it now. I have set up a virtual server system so all ports are redirected. This, according to the manual does what i need it to. I will test it later before the tour. Concordepilot if you get kicked off again tell me and i can establish if the fault is mine.

You joined later on though, so this particular problem wasn't lying with you.
