I tried to add heat blur. I'm using Paint Shop Pro 9 and it's hard because it doesn't have the ocean ripple effect. Cry
...

Ok, I know nothing about PSP so I'll just give my tips and you can do what you want with them:

First IMO there is way to much ripple. It should be subtle but visible. Also blur around the edges so that it blends and doesn't protrude. Overall, very nice first attempt Smiley
