Here is another attempt at a gate edit. I had previously done one and kept those comments that people gave in mind to create this one. What do you all think?

I think it doesn't look bad at all...I would suggest making the heat blur a bit more obvious though...try adding ocean ripple as well as just blur Wink.  Just a thought...

Why do you add heat blur at the gate?  At that position the only way there would be any heat blur would be if the plane is pulling in, and in that case you should add a marshaller or something to indicate this as so.  It seems pretty pointless to me to add heat blur when there is no blur in a similar real life picture.  Also some of your shadows and other surfaces are very jagged, so you should try to smooth those out while editing
