I had this shot and usually will not post because it seams "unreal" to me. I always try to keep my shots true to life. This angle is a bit "much", but thought I would post it because I think it looks pretty interesting. I was going to put it in the "edited Forum", but I like StudioV as it is focused more on the "Creativity" of screenshots. The feedback is more interesting than just,
"Cool edit".
You have the contrast of the Colors, the off set of "Light & Dark", and the perception of "Depth", the Left is Finite, the Right is Infinite". Who knows, maybe I am just seeing it from my perspective. Nothing great but what do you think of this shot taken from in and around Tongass National Park in FS9?

A little too much for me, but not bad
How do you do the white border thingy (the one you normally use)? I'd really like to see what it can do to my screenshots

Personally Dave I think it looks great. I agree that usually I try for realism...but sometimes we need a break...and this does the trick well. I especially like the clouds
. So my opinion is YES!

Thanks!

I agree!
Say, this would make a great new FLAG for the state of Alaska!
All it needs is a pole!

Not often we see a Mod posting in the Studio...
Dave, the shot is a good one, but I agree it looks slightly "unreal", keyword there being "slightly". You probably don't need the advice on how to get it looking more "normal" (as you're a screenshot master
), but it is quite interesting to see unreal shots.
It might not be real but it's still a fantastic shot!

The first thing I did when I saw that is tilt my head sideways. Although it is a nice shot.

I'm having trouble on deciding which I like more. This one or the one you eventually posted in your thread. I think though wehn looking at this one for a bit longer... I prefer this one!
